INTERUNION’s Integrity and Compliance Program aims to define and prevent inappropriate conduct by our shareholders, administrators, managers, and employees in Brazil and abroad.
The Integrity and Compliance Program consists of policies, rules, and procedures focused on prevention,
monitoring, detection, and response methodology in case of any occurrence.
This program is structured in accordance with the Law 12.846/2013 (anti-corruption), Law 13.260/2016
(anti-terrorism), Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), Decree 11.129/2022 (anti-corruption), Law 14.457/2022 (combat against moral and sexual harassment), and Decree-Law 2.848/1940 (Brazilian Criminal Code) regarding Compliance. It may
receive adjustments to comply with international legislation but maintaining at least compliance with Brazilian laws.
